Name of the form used in Kentico CMS user interface.

Form code name

Form name used in website code.

Table name

Name of the database table where this form's records are stored.

After the form is submitted

Action which will be taken when a new record is submitted by a user:

•Display text - given message text will appear

•Redirect to URL - client browser will be redirected to a given URL

•Clear form - new clear form will be displayed

•Continue editing - form is sent but still will be displayed for editing

Label of the button used to submit the form.

URL of an image that can be used instead of the submit button. If blank, a button with the text defined in the property above is displayed.
